Frequently Asked Questions

On the day of your booking, just pop in and Alcides or Nuria will show you around, at least one of them will always be there so the office will be open.

We don’t have assigned seating, so once you come in, pick the desk you prefer working from. If you do have any special requirements, please let us know in your booking and we will try and accommodate where possible.

You will receive a confirmation email including the dates of your booking and some additional information such as the address and some recommendations of what to do in the area.

This email will also include a link to pay the deposit to confirm your booking.

On the day of your booking, all you need to do is show up and Alcides or Nuria will show you around when you arrive.

We offer a variety of equipment such as:

  • Monitors
  • Printer/Scanner
  • Travel adapters

Check out our “Things to do in Tenerife” page for an overview of where to stay, eat, and what to do! Make sure to visit it frequently, as we will keep it updated as much as possible.

We have three small booths available for you to book in case you need to take private meetings or would like some silence around you for deep work.

Yes you can, but please keep it low volume. We might ask you to use one of our booths to hold your meetings if the volume disturbs your co-workers.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your booking starts (8:00 of the first day of your reservation). After that, refunds will generella not be issued.

To save space and ensure accessibility for people that might have allergies, we don’t allow pets in the office at the moment.

You do not need to be able to speak Spanish in the office (though you can, if you like to). For any questions we can help you out in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (even German and French if you contact us online).

We’re open Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 18:00.

For any arrangements outside of our opening hours, please state them in your booking or contact us. While we cannot guarantee availability, we can try and find a solution for you.

We’ve got you covered! A member of our team will always be on site (mainly Alcides and Nuria) to help you out should you encounter any difficulties.

We offer coffee, tea, and fruit for free. For an additional price, you can get soft drinks and other snacks in our honesty bar.

Desks will be assigned in a first come first served basis, though if you have any special requests in regards to the location of your desk or would like to sit next to someone you’re booking with, please let us know in the booking form and we’ll try to accommodate where possible.

We don’t offer partial or hourly rates at this stage. If you only need a desk for a couple of hours, you’re still more than welcome to book with us, but the daily rate would be charged and the desk is yours to use during that day.
